The 17th of May is Norways Independance day
With lots of parades and festivals! I made this cake for a friend for the 17th of may. It's a cream cake covered in marzipan. I colored the marzipan in red white and blue and just lined up bits of the different colors and rolled it out with a rolling pin and got this cool effect.
