Description

Kransekake is ground almonds with confectioners sugar and egg whites made into a dough that's rolled out into fingersized logs and baked into rings. Then glued together with royal icing. Very popular and common in Scandinavia. Tastes delicious too! :)

What agreat idea! Very nice. I grew up on krumkake but surprisingly my super proud to be Norwegian mother has never made kransekake and I have only just learned of it. What would you say are the best type/brand of pans to get?
